CASTINGS
GSC-cast components perform in flight-critical installations on many
of the most sophisticated aircraft flying today. The use of three-dimensional
stereo lithographic patterns contributes to our rapid prototype capability.

AND ASSEMBLY SERVICES
Using a variety of the latest manufacturing equipment, including
Mazak automated machining centers, GSC can manufacture around the clock to meet
demand. Our world-class equipment and skilled operators enable us to offer
reduced lead times, greater accuracy, and tremendous flexibility-especially on
small to medium lot sizes.

CONTROL
Extensive aerospace experience has tuned GSC to operate at the
highest levels of quality control. Fully implemented Statistical Process
Control procedures yield high product consistency. Our ALCHEMY system audits
adhesion to certification specifications and generates detailed historical
reports for shipment with every product.
