Welcome to GSC
GSC is proud to be ISO 9000 and AS 9100 compliant. In October, 1999 GSC
received the ISO and AS 9000 certifications. We have also received Boeing
D1-9000 Rev A, Level 7 certification and our Nadcap Certification 2nd Quarter
2002. This is a tremendous milestone for us and we are proud to have brought
our quality systems up to this level. We hope that we will be able to expand
our customer base to industries that recognize the benifits of using vendors
that have made this commitment to quality.

GSC maintains the latest in cutting edge foundry
equipment. Our ergonomic C-Frame 50 ton Wax Injector accommodates all die
designs and features precise temperature control and rapid temperature changes,
achieving each die's quickest cycle time.
GSC's custom designed One Bottom Drop Electric Oven controls the air flow
pattern for maximum temperature and even heat distribution. The inter load zone
is 300 lbs. X 36" high X 48" wide X 60" deep.
The Quicklock Dewaxing Boilerclave is capable of housing parts as large
as 05'-0" X 8'-0" long.
The Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is
utilized for measuring parts up to 48" X 80" X 38" in size. Software features
allow measurements conventionally or directly from a customer provided
electronic solid model. Programming features afford us to expedite projects and
validate quality.
