The Machining Division, equipped to run lights out manufacturing, is
paramount in executing precision processes and delivering full turnkey projects
for investment castings, hogouts and assembly orders.
The Machining Facility utilizes some of the most advanced and
efficient high-speed equipment available and features a temperature controlled
environment to facilitate tight tolerance dimensions.
The tooling area is uniquely qualified to manufacture a variety of
complex fixtures for machining and raw material production, including wax
tools, soluble tools, inspection fixtures, specialty tooling, straightening
fixtures, machining hold fixtures, hogout fixtures and tooling adaptations.
Championed with certified operators, in-process inspections and
quality engineering, this division has an established track record
of managing developmental derivative, and mature programs.
