Welcome to GSC
GSC is proud to be ISO 9000 and AS 9100 compliant. In October, 1999 GSC
received the ISO and AS 9000 certifications. We have also received Boeing
D1-9000 Rev A, Level 7 certification and our Nadcap Certification 2nd Quarter
2002. This is a tremendous milestone for us and we are proud to have brought
our quality systems up to this level. We hope that we will be able to expand
our customer base to industries that recognize the benifits of using vendors
that have made this commitment to quality.

The Steel Division utilizes small manufacturing
cells throughout the plant to facilitate single piece flow and eliminate waste.
Lean manufacturing techniques are used to improve cycle time and minimize
production and development costs.
The high quality and complex geometry requirements of Nuclear Components are
met using dedicated productions cells. 6 Sigma techniques are used to monitor
and improve manufacturing processes.
The Steel RGS430 Power Grinder exceeds 10 X the conventional production
rates and accommodates flat and curved surfaces. This semi-automatic power
grinder ensures accuracy and low cycle times.
MoriSeiki MV55. This sophisticated vertical
machining center exudes power and stability and delivers maximum machining
accuracy. Flexible machining capabilities impact performance and provide cost
savings to the customer.
